  1. Cabin Zero Waterproof Bags

As a frequent traveler weather is something I always take into consideration and it determines what type of luggage I travel with. I love waterproof bags and use them often for my essentials like camera, laptop and tablet so I know they’ll always be protected. They’re are a must for me.

Although it’s challenging to find stylish, yet practical waterproof gear, Cabin Zero provides a solution. The British brand ADV DRY Collection features two different smaller waterproof bags: the ADV DRY 11L Cross Body and the ADV Dry 30L Backpack. Both are fashionable and have an inside pouch with RFID-blocking security pocket, detachable with a Velcro® brand fastener, and are packable into the same pocket. They’re lightweight, roomy, come in fun colors like blue, orange and green, and  hold up well on my adventures. Travelers will love these bags.

Price: $55.00/11L; $70.00/30L

2. Aimee Kestenberg – Geo Chic Carry-On

I started using hardcase luggage a couple of years ago and I love it.  I find it to be more durable and it offers a layer of security soft-sided pieces can’t. My only one complaint was that I couldn’t overpack the hardcase bags because there’s no flexibility or stretch in the material. However, Aimme Kestenberg solves that issue. The Geo Chic 20′ carry-on is expandable so throw in those extra pair of shoes! This piece comes in three colors, is super chic and spacious. In addition, it has great wheels, it’s lightweight and the rose gold color is on sale at Amazon!

3. AcousticSheep Headphones

As much as I love my Bose headphones, I can’t sleep in them. I wear them constantly on flights to drown out the sound from other passengers, but I have to choose between sleeping and comfort. So when I heard about AcousticSheep, I knew I had to tell fellow travelers about them. The SleepPhones have thin wireless and removable speakers inside a soft headband that allows you to connect with nearby devices. The battery charging time is three hours and lasts up to 10 hours.

4. Jack Georges – Voyager Handsfree Belt Bag

The fanny pack is in the midst of a design reboot and revival and it’s working. The trend is making a come back so of course I had to include one in my holiday gift guide. Before it was only worn by tourists who cared more about comfort than style, but that’s totally changed. The past few seasons we’ve seen models walk the runway in high-end designer fanny packs, now called “waist-bag,” “belt-bag,” “hip-bag,” or in this case “handsfree belt bag.” We’ve also seen the ultra trendy bag on everyone from fashionistas to music festival goers to travelers who love the convenience of not lugging around a backpack or purse. It’s also catching on for men who fling them over their shoulder and across their chest. The Jack Georges handsfree belt bag is unisex, has a vintage rustic look and can hold your keys, phone, credit cards, ID and lipgloss.

I literally don’t travel anywhere without packing cubes. Even if I’m just doing an overnight trip, I use them for everything. I’m the worst at being organized and these help make packing much easier. What I love about the Kompressor Kubes by LightGear Bags is that you can compress pieces by nearly half. It works almost like an expandable bag.
