I had a flight to Amsterdam Saturday morning at 6:30am which I had to pay $250.00 to change to 6:00pm since I now wouldn’t be getting to London until 11:00am. But hey….. I was finally getting there so I’m gonna have a drink to celebrate that all hope wasn’t lost. Never Fly Norwegian Airlines!
Wrong again.
Around 6:00pm as we waited to check in, the two people from Norwegian (yes only two) tell us our options:
Get a refund or wait another 24 hours to go on a Delta flight. Never Fly Norwegian Airlines!
There was 15 other things that went wrong from then until right now but instead of writing more I’ll just say that I am devastated. This trip was me being there for my friend to go celebrate her divorce and then, it was my first opportunity to solo travel Europe the last days of the week. I am crushed. And also enraged at how awful we were all treated.
