Erez Yarkon Travel–My Israel Go-To Tour Guide

By: Heather Newgen

With its religious and historical significance, beautiful beaches, delicious local cuisine and crazy fun nightlife, Israel has been a popular tourist destination for quite some time. It’s not only the perfect place for those seeking a meaningful spiritual journey, but for anyone who wants to enjoy Israeli culture, dynamic landscape and scenery. Israel is an enchanting experience and the best way to take in its diverse nature is by a private guided tour.

I’ve been to Israel three times now and have used Erez Yarkon Travel on every trip.

I met Erez, the owner, 10 years ago when I was in Tel Aviv for the first time. I wanted to take a day trip to Petra and didn’t want to take a bus, so I randomly found his office on my way to the beach.

Erez was the nicest person ever and arranged for a driver to take me to Jordan. Not only was everything planned perfectly, but he checked in on me the entire time I was there to make sure I was ok.

I felt like a V.I.P because he gave such excellent customer service.

A few years later I went back to Israel with friends and wanted to see Petra again, so I had Erez set up another day trip.

We had the best time and felt so safe and comfortable knowing we were well taken care of.

I trusted Erez so much now that the third time I went to Israel, I had him plan my entire trip. I usually set up everything myself, but it was so nice to have someone else handle my itinerary.

For two weeks, his team took me to the most incredible places, arranged dinners, drivers and the coolest tours.

Here’s just some of the great benefits to having Erez Yarkon Travel as your tour agent.

1. They helped me bargain with vendors in the Old City and where it’s appropriate.

2. Erez patiently drove me all around Israel, which was super cool because parking and traffic is insane in certain areas. It’s not something you want to deal with yourself, so having a driver was such a relief.

3. I had an expert guide who not only educated me on the historical and religious background of the country, but told me about fun restaurants and bars to check out. And helpful tips like what to wear in religious buildings.

4. And finally, it’s nice to have someone showing you the sites and being with you at all times. Even though Israel is completely safe, it’s fun to have someone who knows the city well and taking you to all the interesting places you might not know about.

Erez Yarkon Travel pays such close attention to every detail that you can relax knowing everything is taken care of. You’re only job is to have fun and take it all in.  They helped me feel like I was completely immersed in the culture and I left with a better understanding of what Israel is all about.

And what’s awesome is that the agency also does tours to Egypt in addition to Jordan and Israel.
